Please provide your dental insurance information, when scheduling your appointment, this will expedite verification of your benefits.

As a courtesy to our patients we will file to your dental insurance for services rendered at our office. It is your responsibility to be aware of your benefits. We are not responsible for how your insurance handles its claims or for what benefits they pay. We will provide you an estimated patient portion for your treatment. After insurance payment is received, any outstanding  balance will be your responsibility.
