For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

As a courtesy to our patients we will file to your dental insurance for services rendered at our office. It is your responsibility to be aware of your benefits. We are not responsible for how your insurance handles its claims or for what benefits they pay. We will provide you an estimated patient portion for your treatment. After insurance payment is received, any outstanding balance will be your responsibility.
